Finally my beauty box have arrived. It came in a neat and beautiful pink colour box ! (some more pink is my favorite colour…). I was so excited !..

My Delicious Banh Mi Breakfast

I was in Vietnam a few months back and I felt in love with this particular bread delicacy known as the Banh Mi (looks like subway sandwich). It’s actually Vietnam French Baggett, slice open in the middle, spread with butter and stuff with eggs, cheese, vegetables. Sounds plain..? (trust me when see the old lady doing it, I also felt its plain and judge that it won’t be nice…but HAH..!! the secret to taste of this delight is the sos the use. After everything is being stuff inside, the lady will spread the sos called ‘huong viet Hao Vi’ and ‘Tuong Ot’ chilli sauce. (when I saw the lady spreading this sauce, I am like thinking..’Wah lau eh.. damn salty’ ..!). I was skeptical when I had my 1^st bite of the sandwich, but once I taste it, I felt in love with it immediately.. It’s so delicious and tasty.. (I guess like the famous saying ‘never judge a book by it’s cover’). Ever since that, I ate that sandwich 2 times a day throughout my 7 days stay there.. I called it the ‘Vietnam Street Subway’

Before my last day, I went on scouting for the sauce and I bought it back to KL so that I can savor it whenever I want too..

This morning, I decided to make my own Banh Mi using Massimo Wheat Bread..here is how I do it..

Slice the timun and tomato (get ready fried egg, 2 slice of bread, a slice of cheddar cheese)

Place the cheddar cheese, slice timun and tomato on top of one another. Place the fried egg.

Lastly spread the ‘huong viet Hao Vi’ and ‘Tuong Ot’ chilli sauce on top. Cover with the other slice of bread and bon appétit!

‘Black Sesame Seed Hot Mask’ by Skin Food

Doesn’t the name of this mask sounds interesting…? Black sesame seed hot mask? I was definitely curious about this mask as I wonder how did it become hot and what does it do to the skin…When my curiosity got the better of me, I went over to the Skin Food outlet and requested for a sample of the mask to try (of course I did some purchase of products with them before requesting for the sample)..

Went home, go into shower with the pack and read the instruction on the pack and also trying to recall what the sales person instruction on using the mask.

I started by washing my face and then pat dry. Spray a little mist water on face (using a mist spray) and then applying the mask on (avoid the eyes and lip area). I started to feel the heat of the mask when I started to lightly messaging my face (the heat will goes off after 1-2 mins time). After covering all area I leave on for about 5 mins and then rinse off with Luke warm water. Follow by the usual tone and moisturiser steps. The next morning, my skin felt so soft and radiant. Not bad I must say for the price I pay…

As I always did, I went on to Google and see what is the benefit of black sesame.. Apparently, Black sesame seeds are an excellent source of magnesium, calcium and many essential minerals as well as a very good source of vitamin B1 (thiamin). Their natural oil seed contains mineral and vitamin B&E which act as natural moisturiser for the skin.

Healthy Peanut Butter Breakfast...

Delicious & Healthy Breakfast

To all peanut butter lover life me…got good news for all of you..!! I got this recipe from a magazine…Even if we are on diet, we can still have a delicious breakfast with peanut butter. i have tried it this morning and its delicious. The peanut butter doesn't actually taste so sweet. A must try recipe..!

All you need is :

1.       Peanut Butter

2.       Green apple

3.       Massimo Whole Wheat 100% Bread

 Slice the green apples in thickness that you desire. Spread peanut butter on you bread.

Place the slice apple on top of the peanut butter. Fold half and your breakfast is ready

Complete your breakfast with a glass of Lemon/ orange juice.

Not sure for you…but it’s definitely a good news for me…
